Day 01 :

Arrive in Hanoi – Welcome to Vietnam

Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, meet your local guide and transfer to your hotel for check-in.

Take a short rest after your flight.

In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner with authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Day 02 :

Hanoi City Tour – Discover the Capital’s Charm (B, L)

Visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Presidential Palace, One Pillar Pagoda, and Temple of Literature – Vietnam’s first university.

Explore the Old Quarter by cyclo ride and visit Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple.

Optional: Watch the Water Puppet Show in the evening.

Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 03 :

Hanoi – Ha Long Bay (Overnight on Cruise) (B, L, D)

Depart for Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site (approx. 3.5 hours).

Board a traditional cruise and enjoy a delicious seafood lunch while cruising among thousands of limestone islands.

Explore caves, swim, kayak, or relax on the sundeck.

Dinner and overnight on board in Ha Long Bay.

Day 04 :

Ha Long – Hanoi – Night Train to Sapa (B, L)

Morning cruise activities: light Tai Chi session, breakfast, and visit to a floating village or cave.

Early lunch before disembarking and returning to Hanoi.

Evening: Board the overnight train to Sapa.

Day 05 :

Sapa – Cat Cat & Sin Chai Villages (B, L, D)

Day 09 :

Hoi An Walking Tour (B, L)

Cancellation by Customer

For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:

30 days before arrival: No cancellation charge.
29 – 14 days before arrival: 10% of the tour cost is forfeited.
13 – 7 days before arrival: 40% of the tour cost is forfeited.
6 days before arrival: 100 % of the tour cost is forfeited.
No show: 100% of the tour cost is forfeited.

There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.

For no show cases, there will be no refund.

Cancellation by Weather

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.
