Arrive in Hanoi – Welcome to Vietnam

Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, meet your local guide and transfer to your hotel for check-in.

Take a short rest after your flight.

In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner with authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Day 02 :

Hanoi City Tour – Discover the Capital’s Charm (B, L)

Visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Presidential Palace, One Pillar Pagoda, and Temple of Literature – Vietnam’s first university.

Explore the Old Quarter by cyclo ride and visit Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple.

Optional: Watch the Water Puppet Show in the evening.

Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 03 :

Hanoi – Ninh Binh (Hoa Lu – Tam Coc) (B, L)

Drive to Ninh Binh (2 hours).

Visit the ancient capital Hoa Lu with King Dinh and Le temples.

Take a sampan boat trip through Tam Coc caves.

Optional cycling through the rice fields and limestone karsts.

Day 04 :

Morning drive to Ha Long Bay (approx. 4 hours).

Board your cruise and enjoy lunch on board.

Explore Sung Sot Cave or Thien Cung Cave, and kayak around the bay.

Dinner and overnight on cruise.

Day 05 :

Ha Long Bay – Hanoi – Night Train to Sapa (B, L)

Early morning Tai Chi session on the sundeck, brunch while cruising back to the harbor. Drive back to Hanoi. In the evening, take the night train to Lao Cai (for Sapa).

Day 06 :

Sapa – Cat Cat & Y Linh Ho Villages (B, L, D)

Arrive Lao Cai, transfer to Sapa. Trek to Cat Cat and Y Linh Ho villages of the Black H’mong minority. Admire terraced fields and waterfalls.
Overnight in Sapa.

Day 07 :

Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Return to Hanoi by train (B, L, D)

Trek through Lao Chai and Ta Van villages, visit local homes. Afternoon drive back to Hanoi by comfortable sleeper train.

Hanoi – Flight to Hue (B, L)

Cancellation by Customer

For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:

30 days before arrival: No cancellation charge.
29 – 14 days before arrival: 10% of the tour cost is forfeited.
13 – 7 days before arrival: 40% of the tour cost is forfeited.
6 days before arrival: 100 % of the tour cost is forfeited.
No show: 100% of the tour cost is forfeited.

There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.

For no show cases, there will be no refund.

Cancellation by Weather

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.
